Telehealth sessions

Using our HIPAA compliant software, Healthie, we can easily connect at the time of our appointment via Telehealth. Luckily, most insurance companies are covering Telehealth similar to a face-to-face appointment. Companies such as United Healthcare, Cigna, BCBS, and Aetna are all covering Telehealth sessions.

Using Telehealth is easy! At the time of our appointment, just log onto Healthie using your computer or your phone. If you are using your computer, you will see a hyperlink at the top of the screen that will take you straight to the Telehealth feature. You will be asked if Healthie can access your camera. Using your phone, you will download the Healthie app and press the “video chat” button on the main page. Many clients have found this new opportunity more convenient and very easy to use!
